The City Osteopathy and Sports Injury Clinic is the oldest osteopathy practice in the City of London.

It was set up in 1938 by Walter Max, a renowned practitioner who for decades was the only osteopath in the City. Mr Max eventually retired in 2002 at the age of 87.

The clinic is now run by Dr Igor Artsybushev (M.D.), BChir (R.F.), BSc (Hons) Ost. Dr Artsybushev was born in Moscow where he qualified as a doctor at the Moscow Medical School, specialising in Abdominal Surgery. After moving to the UK he studied at the British School of Osteopathy.

• Consultations and treatments take between 45 and 60 minutes.
• We can arrange urgent referrals for MRI scans and X-rays when needed as well as fast-track referrals to Medical Consultants.
• We issue Sick Notes, Incapacity Certificates (DSS) and Medico-Legal reports for Insurance purposes.
• Concessions available for students, pensioners and people without health insurance.
• Out of hours appointments and home visits available on request.
